Description:

These are truly the best linear slides on the market at an unbelievable price. These normally sell for over 3600$ each. You can get a brand NEW in the original packaging KR 4610D 740 LP 01100 slide for $630, that’s 85% off retail! -This is a double block slide where one block is driven by the ball screw and one is not, this allows you to change the span between the blocks and there by increase the rigidity. -These slides have just over 22.5 inches of travel or 573mm (specifics can be found on the THK website) -These are PRECISION GRADE slides which makes a BIG difference. They offer: Positioning Repeatability = -0.003mm or (.00011 inches!) thats one ten thousandth of an inch Running Parallelism = .02mm Backlash =0.003mm The ball screw is of precision grade, (THK’s best) and has a 10mm lead, or the block travels 10mm for each turn of the screw. It is 15 mm in diameter. This slide comes with a cover and has a small t-slot rail on one side to mount limit switches. Don’t mess around with used linear slides, it doesn’t take much force to damage these precise pieces of equipment even though they may appear to be in good shape, they may be out of alinement and one would never know it till it was to late. Don't settle for aluminum extrusion based slides with bolted on linear guides, where the accuracy is questionable, these are solid steel and you can't do better than .003 mm accuracy.
