Please see this link for almost all info about the router:
http://cnc-for-not-free.blogspot.com/
I have run out of time to play with my machine. Like all great hobbies, life has just gotten in the way.....
Machine will have to be (at least) partially disassembled to make the trip out of my basement. I'm located just south of Toledo Ohio.
I am including a computer running Mach3 and Vectric Cut 2D, Cut 3D, and VCarve Pro -- they are licensed under my name, I have no idea how to change them so I thought it would be easiest to just include the computer. Its a bitchin' XP machine;)
I have much more than $3150 in the machine, but think that's very reasonable for what you will get in return. The only 'trouble' with the machine is I think I have warped my screws when installing some of the bearing blocks... that's potentially a $200 fix if that's the problem. Works fine at 100ipm cutting as is. Rapids are about the same, will skip steps if trying to run any faster -- I think it HAS to be the screws but haven't had time to debug. I planned to switch to Ahren's rack and pinion drive when that became available so it really wasn't something I cared about.
This thing is an elegant beast, if there is such a thing. I love it!

Also, I'm including my Precision Collets in 1/2", 1/4", and 1/8" sizes. All bits i've used are for the taking as well. I should take a picture or something.... I'm keeping the actual router though.

I have upgraded the 4 stepper connector's to the Dumpster CNC parts -- very slick and secure. I am including the original LoveJoy connectors too.
Here's the electronics:

I went with the extra $150 pre-assembled and pre-tested unit, runs super-duper well. I ordered longer cable runs too, they are 10 feet if I recall correctly.
For an extra $150 I have a very nice brand new Delta dust collector and some hoses/stuff I can throw in as well. You'll need it especially if you think you can get away with a ShopVac for very long....
