Introducing a metal foil self-adhering collet protector, for your C.N.C. tooling. Affix it to your collets and collet nuts to form a protective barrier that keeps pitch, emulsion, debris, and dust out. Protect your investment. Help keep your tools run truer. Cleaner tooling changes. Reduce use of heavy solvents. All of these are good reasons to try a collet protector. Just got to colletprotectors.com Boxes of 20 are $10.00. Get two of each size or 20 of the same. This is an introductory price. Variety boxes available by request. Contact us with your request. Outside diameters are available in 1.5in. & 1.8 in. Inside diameters are available in 1/4,3/8,1/2,5/8 and 3/4 in. In the last Image you can see some collet protectors ready to go. The blisters are form the air blow down on the tool holder.The smaller bumps and pits are from large debris.
