Description:

This CNC has a cutting area of about 40x40x3". Very accurate. It's gone through many revisions. It's set up with 1/2"-10 ACME screws on all axes, 4 425oz-in Xylotex motors, Probotix controller boards, Porter Cable 690 router, Registered Mach3 software. This is a complete package, Includes the entire CNC, electronics, router, controller (in a box), computer (w/mach3), all wiring, I'll even include the ductwork for the router (6" HVAC, 4" flexible metal ducting). Any questions or interest, please email at cxixer@yahoo.com. This item is available for pickup from Hays, KS, or I can arrange delivery which can get up to $1500 or so I've heard. Reason for selling: I make signs, which are vinyl decals mostly. I'm too busy to promote any of my wood products anymore, I cut maybe 1-2 things on this a week, which is not enough to justify keeping it. Condition: The router works great, it's very accurate. After re-fitting it with leadscrews from rack and pinion, I have not yet re-painted it. So it should be painted, and the lead-nuts need to be adjusted if you want it to run faster (it cuts at about 25ipm which is all the faster I've ever needed it to). Will accept offers.
