3/4" Trupan Ultralight MDF for Vacuum Table Spoilboard - 24x24 Precut Panel

Trupan Ultralight MDF is the perfect material for building CNC vacuum tables/spoilboards, fixtures, and jigs. Professionals and hobbyists are raving about this hard to find material because nothing else works quite like it.

Trupan Ultralight MDF is made exclusively in Chile from freshly debarked, double-refined, Radiata Pine logs. Because Trupan Ultralight is 40% less dense than standard MDF, (with consistent low density throughout its core,) vacuum flows through its open pores like water flowing through a sponge. If you put a Shop-Vac on one side of a piece of Trupan and your hand on the other side, you’ll actually be able to feel the air flow under your hand. At the same time, Trupan acts as a vacuum diffuser – minimizing vacuum leaks and maintaining hold down pressure on your part, even when you’ve cut all the way through your material.
