Description:

Hi, I am putting my used CNC router up for sale. I built this a couple of years ago from a collection of new and surplus parts. The frame is built from 8020 style aluminum extrusion. All axes include heavy duty rails (e.g. 1" round rod on the X axis and 20 mm NSK rails on the Y and Z) and ballscrews (20 mm diameter on the X and Y and 25 mm on the Z). The servo motors are heavy duty surplus. A three axis box made with Gecodrive servo controllers is included in the price. The table has been used lightly over the past few years for cutting plastic and wood. Since this is a home build certain aspects look a little funky, but it has worked reliably. The cut area is about 46" on the X axis, 26" on the Y axis, and has approximately 7" of Z travel. Sure wish you were closer, I'm in Ontario, Canada so shipping would be a killer with gas prices being where they are. Did want to say though that's a darn nice job you've done on that machine. - Gerry
