Description:

I have a fully tested and working parker compumotor acroloop acr1500 motion controllers with 4 servo (dac) outputs, 4 encoders and 48 input outputs. This is a high end dsp based 4 axis motion controllers with 4 encoders inputs and 48 I/O that can be configured as either inputs or outputs. The system offers exceptionnal performance for a DIY or HOBBY CNC machine and can easily be interface with almost any drives (dc brush, brushless or ac servo but not stepper) that accept a +- 10 volt signal (copley, amc, parker etc.). This system will not work with steppers and is for closed loop servos. This system is amazing for a cnc mill, gantry, or plasma. Also included is the acromill/acrocut software which is fully functionnal for a full 4 axis cnc mill, router or plasma. The software provides a user interface with the controller with full g-code and conversational capabilites. The acroloop outputs a +or-10 volt differential analog signal that is industry standard for interfacing with any drive. Cables are also fairly standard as standard flatribbon cable can be used for the encoders and I/O and a db50 (a few $ at Digikey) for the servos. Acromill and acrocut work well in dos with windows 98. This is a very powerful card and an easy way to get a cnc machine working, you just need to connect the drives, encoders and I/O.
