Description:

I have a fully tested and working parker compumotor acroloop acr2000 motion controllers. This is a high end dsp based 4 axis motion controllers with 4 encoders inputs and 16 optoisolated inputs (one input is non functionnal but all the other 15 are fully functionnal) and 16 optoisolated outputs. This system will not work with steppers and is for high end closed loop servos. This system can be used for a cnc mill, gantry, or plasma. Also included is the acromill/acrocut software which is fully functionnal for a full 4 axis cnc mill, router or plasma. The software provides a user interface with the controller with full g-code and conversational capabilites. The acroloop outputs a + or -10 volt differential analog signal that is industry standard for interfacing with any drive. Cables are also fairly standard as standard flatribbon cable can be used for the encoders and I/O and a db44 (a few $ at Digikey) for the servos. Acromill and acrocut work well in dos with windows 98. I am using one of these on my cnc mill (an old excello 905 that I retrofitted) and running with 200000 pulses per inch on x, 80000 on y and 40000 on z. I am getting amazing performance, repeatability and precision.
