These machines are very hard to find, especially used because nobody wants to get rid of them once they have them. We have two identical machines for our Sign Business, but only need one because they are very efficient and are the cornerstone to any sign business. Expand on the saturated Vinyl business by getting into the lucrative business of ADA signage. This machine comes with a pre-loaded computer with over $6,000 in software. The features of this machine are too many to mention, brand new are $25k. This machine runs perfectly and is ready to get to work right away. Even does the braille for your ADA signs. The GERBER DIMENSION 200 offers precision graphic design routing along with dependability, flexibility, ease of use, and because the lead screws are Teflon coated and are self cleaning there is VERY little maintenance. A variety of materials can be used such as foams, plastics, woods, composites, and non-ferrous metals up to 2.25" thick—as well as draw all types of text and graphics. It has a large tabletop design and measuring only 39" x 47", and a custom build table with wheels, so it is very easy to move around the shop. The Dimension has a chip removal system that keeps the work area clean by vacuuming the debris into the included brand new powerful shop vac. This machine also has a material hold down vacuum system in which the cutting material is held in place to the cutting surface. DIMENSION 200 works with a variety of design programs or directly imports AI, EPS, DXF or HPGL file formats. Regardless of the design program, GERBER ARTPathTM software prepares the design for routing by assigning user-defined tool paths with varying depths or multiple tools and outputting the job to the router. When used with design programs other than OMEGA or GRAPHIX ADVANTAGE, ARTPath’s open architecture enables the importing of standard file formats for tool path generation.
