Description:

I bought this at a school surplus sale so I don't know everything about it. It has a Dremel model 230 router attachment installed (no Dremel tool). It uses Hurst servo motors on the two axes, I was under the impression that a complete computer controlled servo controller was inside but it wasn't. It is just a manual controlled machine, the two switches on the sides turn the specified axes on or off, there is also an on-off switch... thats about it. It works but one of the all-thread lead screws are bent. This would make a great starting point for a cheap CNC router project, it basically just needs a controller and or steppers if you decide to go that route, and a dremel tool. The item is located in Provo, Utah. I would rather not ship this, it is big and heavy so shipping would probably be over $75 so the total for it would be $135. It may be worth that much to somone but not to me. I will be happy to answer any questions, just email or post them.
