This linear actuator is primarily designed to be used on the Z Axis of a CNC Gantry Machine,however, it is easily adaptable for other uses. Linear bearings running on 20mm hardened shafts ensures smooth movement. Tight tolerance acetal/delrin flange nut provides precise positioning with backlash less than 0.0005" (half of one-thousandth of an inch). Heavy duty construction allows use of full sized electric wood routers up to 8 pounds. Motor shown (166 oz-in NEMA23 Stepper) is included in price. Deduct $30.00 if you want to delete the motor in order to use one of your own.
