New Hyde Park, NY – Techno, Inc. CNC Router Systems is proud to introduce their new split vacuum table, designed especially for Techno’s Turnkey CNC Systems. This unique fixturing option features two totally independent 6-zone vacuum table setups; one in the front and one at the rear of the machine. All 12 zones can be independently turned on or off to either expand or constrain vacuum to specific areas. The real benefit of Techno’s 12-zone split table is that its dual independent vacuum systems allow the operator to reload on one half of the Router while the other is still processing. The ability to reload material while the machine continuously processes material, increases end-user production capabilities and maximizes profit potential.
