International Lift Systems (ILS), a division of Lufkin Industries, specializes in the design, manufacture, installation and servicing of gas lift, completion products and plunger lift systems for the domestic and international oil and gas Industry.  ILS is looking for qualified candidates to work in a variety of positions within their Houston, Texas manufacturing facility:

CNC Machinist – candidates for this position must be familiar with Mazak Slant 50 and Quick Turn 450 lathes with  640 Nexus controls, or similar CNC machines.  Must be able to do all set ups and programming and work with a variety of products and production runs.  2nd shift positions available.  Pay range is $15-$25 per hour depending on experience.

Machine Operator – candidates for this position must be familiar with operation of Mazak 150 and 250 lathes with Nexus controls or similar CNC machines.  Minimal set up and programming experience required.  1st and 2nd shift positions available.  Pay range is $14-$22 per hour depending on experience.

Set Up / Programming – candidates for this position must be experienced with a variety of machine tool set ups and programming for Mazak CNC machines including Slant 50, Quick Turn 450, 150’s, 250’s using Nexus controls.  1st and 2nd shift positions available.  Pay range is $15-$25 per hour depending on experience.

All positions must be able to work within /- 5 thousandths tolerances, and have ability to use calipers, micrometers and scales.  2nd shift work also pays $.75 cents/hr shift differential.
