If you have been seeking to install similar equipment and have budgeted over 150k (more like 300k plus to have it built), to build a line like this yourself. This is your opportunity to save over 100k.

Last chance to preview/ purchase as an operating line... Disassembly begins 2nd week of December, beginning with chemical disposal (except bright tank chemistry it goes with the line). Thereafter, disassembly of the mechanical equipment begins. Once it as at that stage the price and option of not selling it change, as it will go into storage. After that; its out of sight/ out of mind.

This is a REAL sale for a REAL buyer! However, even though I am already giving it away, I will not give it away for free or less than I can scrap or part it out for. Price includes me taking it apart, If you do it, its 5000.00 k less.

Also, for those who inevitably ask (as if it’s really going to make a difference whether or not they are buyers: The leased building it is in has been sold to another manufacturing concern, and rather than find another location and build it out to accommodate this equipment, I am downsizing my needs for this end of the operation and only doing what I do for the use of this equipment “on the side”, no longer needing it full time or in house.

Loading assistance can be provided. shipping is NOT included and is at your expense. Also, I will not finance the purchase, but may accept payments over a short time period (2 months) and it will be paid in full before it leaves. Also, Must be removed as early as end of December/ first of January, and no later than end of February. If not 1500.00/ month storage fees accrue.

This ANODIZING LINE EQUIPMENT SET UP FOR DECORATIVE TYPE II BRIGHT CLEAR. HOWEVER, TYPE III CAPABLE in same tank.

Currently in Use for processing new and used (restored) automotive aluminum bright work (Stampings and extrusions).

ALL new equipment (Except chiller which was is in near new operating condition) was installed in 2001, Is still In excellent shape due to low hour usage for the product it was used to produced.


17 Tanks total are 8’ long X 4' deep X varying widths (avg 30“, some are wider), depending on process or rinsing (1 Stainless for brightening process, remaining are polypropylene).

1 each High volume low pressure air agitation blower (GAST).

1 each Schrieber 15 ton chiller with heat exchanger

1 each 75v X 1000 amp water cooled rectifier (Aldonex)

All process/ electrical equipment is 480 3phase.

Process heaters and temp controllers are Process Technologies product.

all peripheral air plumbing etc, electrical conduit and wiring is included.

Titanium racking selection is included but very limited and specific to above listed currently processed items.

Included chemistry: PROVEN ALUMINUM electro brightening- deburring process This cost nearly 15K alone. Also, it is considered a lifetime chemistry, needing very little maintence, and only decanting upon saturation of metal content.

1 over head crane (electric), rail/ trolley system (manual)

This was setup as a manual tank rack line with over head crane and rail system, but with access to tanks for manual racking and running smaller parts or smaller part lot qty‘s.
