Description:

You are looking at a Hardinge Single Lip Cutter Grinder, used for grinding CNC cutters. Will grind all the cutter styles used in Gorton Pantograph engraving, milling and routing situations, including single lip, three-lip, and four lip.
This machine is in new condition and is extremely accurate having 8 collets included, ranging in size from 1/8” to ½”. Will grind straight shank cutters, and Gorton Taper Cutters. Will grind carbide cutters and includes a new diamond wheel , along with a new conventional grinding wheel, with a diamond dresser. This grinder is suited to grind fine two flute conical cutters used in C&C milling and routing, of 2-D and 3 D parts. See the image enclosed for the detail that cutters ground on this machine are capable of.
Is powered by a ½ HP ball-bearing motor, and the current is 115 volts, single phase AC.
The grinder is bolted to a stand, however entire unit is also on a steel base that will allow itself to be unbolted from the stand and used as a bench top grinder. This of course will save on shipping cost, which is contingent upon your zipcode.
