I have a belt and pulley set to make the spindle a 7k rpm spindle.

I have this Tree mill for 6 years, it recently died when I accidentally shorted a card out.   I upgraded to a VMC.   Recently another PM member sold me a replacement for the dynapath card that had died.   I have swapped the cards out, and set up the mill in a friends shop so I can demo it and sell it.

The pictures and video are from October 11th and 12th.   they show my turning it on, referencing the axis, and cutting some air.

There is a spindle drive issue which requires me to cycle the power quickly at start-up.  It is shown in the video.   I have been running in this manner for about a year now.  In the spirit of full and honest disclosure you should be aware that some day it will have to be addressed.   Also the flood coolant pump does not work, but the mist coolant system does work, and the halogen work light is broken.   (and hence the cheap asking price.)   these mills are listed for 8-10k through dealer resellers.

I have all the manuals for the machine and control, as well as some schematics.

I will load for free onto a suitable truck or trailer.
