The ways are in great shape, no dings, or any damage.  You can stil make out the factory scraping.  Hardened and ground (per the decal!)

This lathe is circa 1980 timeframe.  It has all parts and pieces, except chuck and no tooling included.  It uses a A-1-6 American taper, commercially available. 

Includes all wiring diagrams, manufacturer literature (operation and maintenance manuals)  This is critical if you are going to modernize the controller.

I bought this one as a part of a set, I am near complete overhauling the sister machine by building a new controller with modern parts (it takes up about 1/100th of the space of the old 1980 controller).  Every motor on the machine has worked with no problems.  I don't have this one under power, but I could run some leads from the other one to bump the motors if you are skeptical they work.  I also have spare spindle motor which I know works because I had it running, and servo motor. 

This machine was in the process of getting a paint job when I bought it, I have all the decals, covers and plates for it which are off.  It is currently sanded and ready to be prepped for paint job.

If you are a hobbyist, I would recommend building a controller yourself, and I can show you on the other machine how to go about doing this.  Alternately, you can purchase controllers off the marked guaranteed to run the machine for couple K's.  (If you are a commercial shop or need it right away)

Shipping/loading is up to the seller, I don't have a machine to load it up, probably cost about $300 to get a rental here to do it.  If you are local to Omaha, I have a skidsteer trailer that will carry it, but not a truck to pull the trailer.
