MUST SELL, a brand-new recently completed but totally unused 5 by 10 foot
cutting area - CNC plasma table. The recent break up of a partnership
necessitates this sale.

The mechanics are from Precision Plasma; an excellent design. The table is
equipped with 4 each 620 oz-in 3.5A Hybrid Stepper motors, optimized for the
BladeRunner Two on the gantry (Y and A), one on X and one on Z.

The table is supported by six level adjusting 4 by 4 inch pillars, (see
photographs) while the table frame is likewise constructed with 4 by 4 inch
steel tubing. A 5 inch deep dust control water table is spot welded, sealed
with fiberglass and is integral to the frame, but can be easily removed. We
didn't cut the cutting area grate yet, but have provided a 5 by 10 foot sheet of
14 gage steel and the G code to cut it.

As for the electronics: we selected a complete hardware/software bundle from
CandCNC; including Mach 3, Sheetcam, Bladerunner w/Dragencut THC.so as to match
up with the Hypertherm plasma cutter. CandCNC's Mach 3 makes control a cinch.
All software is licensed, up to date and goes with the machine.

Currently the Table I/O card is located external of Bladerunner and close to the
Table for shorter cable runs and convenience.

Three EStop switches are provided in convenient locations on the table. Limit
stop security is provided with quality micro switches. Homing circuitry is TT
Electronics Optek Technologies OPB917BZ slotted optical switching for
repeatability. Flags are 100% adjustable for precision home/tripping. Each opto
switching mount is fully adjustable. The circuit for each axis is enclosed in a
small dust proof slotted metal box (see photographs).

Neither the brand new Hypertherm Powermax 45 Plasma unit nor the machine torch
has ever been fired. All in all, the machine is a complete turn key system,
including many extras. This is an extra nice setup. Asking $25,000 OBO.

Must also sell a 12' wide adjustable height span (8 to 12) foot high portable
gantry with a trolley mounted one ton electric hoist for loading material on the
plasma table (see photographs). The gantry rests on 6" steel castors for
mobility. The gantries load limit can be safely estimated at 5 ton. Asking
$3500 OBO.
