Do the math - just to buy the hardware without wiring and labor costs:

New Machine (Harbor Freight 4491) $600.00

CNC Fusion 3-Axis Ballnut Conversion (CNCfusion.com) $560.00

Spindle Belt Drive (LittleMachineShop.com) $145.00

Three 282 oz-in Stepper Motors (keling.com) $120.00

4 Axis Stepper Motor Controller (keling.com) KL-G540-48 * $600.00

Total $2,025.00

Iriley,

Just a couple of questions. How many hours on the machine? Why are you getting rid of it? Are you around the week of March 21? I will be in Carpinteria and could come for a look if you were there.

Regards

The machine has about 600 hours on it, I bought in May 2008 and finished the CNC conversion about a year later. Within the last two weeks I have disassembled it, cleaned it and put in new spindle bearings. I have been very happy with it and have made some very complex sculptures with it. I am selling it because I am ready to move up to a bigger machine. I will be around all next week and you can contact me on my mobile phone at 818-486-4436.

Great. I will call you when I get there. Will you be able to demonstrate CNC operation?
