Toolholders are BT-40. This machine is equipped with a tool length offset touchprobe. You can set up 22 different tools, start the tool offset program and it will touch all tools and record offsets. This machine has a maximum rapid speed of 200 IPM. Max spindle speed in high gear 5000 rpm, Low gear 870 rpm. Lowest spindle speed is 50 rpm. Machine is equipped with RS-232 port for long programs cable is included with machine. I currently use BobCadCam to program it and use Predator DNC to send long programs to the machine. The max Baud rate is 9600. I have several manuals for this machine as well as some specific information that I have gathered over the years. I have owned and used this machine for 8 years. I do not have any way to load this machine. The weight of the machine is 8500 lbs according to the manual. It can be picked up from underneath using a forklift.
