Description:	The R15 is located in Riverside, CA 92504. It's a 15-HP rotary phase converter. 208-220v Single Phase to 3-Phase. It can be powered up at the shop for testing. If you want to have it shipped to you I can place it on a small pallet. You would have to make all shipping arrangements from that point on.
