I purchased the 7x7x2 version about a month ago. I don't think I've ever run into customer service they way Zen Toolworks provides it. Much like a personal friend, the owner (Xin) went way out of his way to make my experience easy and comfortable.

When I received the product, it was packed tight and neat. Providing a set of instructions on the Internet, it took only 2.5hrs to assemble due to the perfect directions and pictures provided in the online documentation.

I've been an Internet Technologist for almost 20 years. I maintain very high standards and it was a wonderful experience to meet someone who not only maintained a set of high standards like mine, but clearly exercised them well. I hope to help Xin in the future as I feel a large measure of gratitude for his service. Thanks, Xin!!
