I do not have the 4th axis.
Spindle Motor 7hp, I believe it’s the 7 horse model, I checked the manual but couldn’t locate it as well as the spindle itself.

Second owner, I bought this machine in Jan. ’09 and have since had all the way lube jets replaced by a service guy, as well as the spindle counter weight chains. Ed the service guy set the machine up for me… he says its as accurate as the newer ones! Apparently these things are tanks, Im not a machinist but have a manual mill and lathe for sidework and the sort then thought Id pick up this machine and learn to program. I’ve been doing square parts and pockets but all on plastic but now the opportunity has presented itself for me to possibly get into a home, which if not now then not sure there is a better time.
Iam throwing a 20hp American Rotary phase convertor as well as their step down transformer, this stuff alone is $1700.
Not to mention the USB adapter, this add on enables you to take your gcode from a usb jump drive and load it directly to the machine rather than drip feeding the program, $500.
Just take a look around, the other guys’ machines are pretty beat up, this was used as a second op machine from the guy I bought it from and I used it lightly, on plastic and never crashed anything!
