The CNC router frame for the Xero Automotion machine is made from solid billet North American made 6061 aluminum. All rails are pocketed and secured with M6 socket head cap screws. The profiles and bearing housings are pocketed on the uprights for more rigidity and accuracy. This frame is milled on a high precision CNC machining centre and assembled with quality components to make a solid and precise machine.

The one in picture is 20x36 with 15x33 travel with rails and bearing is $420 and $20 for ballnut housing and $10 for each bearing house
