I had the retrofit done in the fall of 2007 for a cost of $13,000 and i have only put aprox 100 hours on the machine since then. I had the servos rebuilt for the retrofit. The spindle motor and drive is also new. The company that i bought the machine from replaced the spindle bearings about a year before i purchased it.

The M400 centroid/Ajax control is just awesome! Its Linux based and rock solid. It has never locked up on me once since i have had it.

Rotary table, vice and tooling not included.
You will have the option of buying the servo out of the rotary table for $650 (brand new 29 in lb servo)so you can install it in your rotary table.
