Description:

Looking for a CNC 4th axis Rotary table but cant justify 6-8K? This is for you!!!

I built this cnc rotary table around a 8" Yuasa table ($1200.00). Features a high power air clamp w/ solenoid valve, homing switch and a timing pulley drive. All tig welded .125" aluminum enclosure. Tooling plate has .625" pins so you can put it in your T slot for easy setups each time you put the table on your machine. This setup has worked very well for me on my Centroid Controlled Interact 4. I have sold the machine this was on so i have no use for this.

Table features common 90:1 ratio gear drive. It is setup for a Nema 42 servo or stepper motor. I am keeping the servo motor to put on a very large horizontal table.

Chuck, Chuck adapter plate and servo are not included.

Put your choice of servo or stepper on and your ready to go....good for all you DIY CNC guys. This is a good setup because it has a air clamp on it and that is something you really need if you are going to take anykind of heavy cuts or are looking to leave a nice surface finish.

Caveat Emptor!!! Total Scam. Let my blind faith and hard earned cash save you some time and money. Said he was having trouble shipping due to size. Then all communication stopped. Do not send money in any form payable to Jay Hunsberger. TOTAL SCAM.

I have to eat some crow. Communication could have been better, rather than wait and see. But Jay did finally come through and was honest in his description.
