This is a rare Samsung Samtron SC-431E 14" EGA Colour Monitor. These types of monitors are used on some CNC and milling machines from the late 1980s and early 1990s. Check with the manufacturer of your equipment to make sure it's compatible before buying. So, if you have a dead 9pin colour monitor this is probably what you need.
