Description:

This is what I designed and built myself at home a year ago. I currently work with this CNC router table when I make my home project cabinet, 3D engraving, toys, etc.

I've been using this CNC router since I built it and it still works great with no problem.

Cutting size is 4'x4' and you can extend the length up to 4'x8' or 5x10.

Cutting tolerance is about 0.002".

This has rack and pinion gear but doesn't have backlash.
X and Y axis have NEMA34 size stepper motors and Z axis has a NEMA 23 stepper motor.

It's capable of 3D routing and I'm plan on adding the 4th axis on this table(In the future, the 4th axis plan will be given for free to those who purchse this plan)

Plan is drawn with 3D CAD and it's easy to read(All in 17x11" large size papers plus one big 24"x17"(C size) drawing.

Parts are drawn in 3D view with all dimmensions. It also has exploded view, assembly procedure, electronic configuration, where you can purchase parts and how to make it cheaper, etc. Even if you don't build the same CNC router as I have, you will be able to learn how to build a CNC router yourself.
