Description: this is a cnc router i started a couple years ago and have lost interest.overall machine dimensions are 3'x2'.this is not a complete machine you will have to finish engineering it but it is a good start to one.the ends of the machine measure 24"x6"x1/2" 6061 aluminum.the gantry is riding on thompson 1" hardened shafts with twn 16 super pillow block bearings that are 6" long.I"m asking 400$ plus shipping.thanks.

Description: I purchased this mill about a year ago and have since had medical issues which do not allow me to enjoy it. It has never cut metal and has been setup with a licensed copy of mach3 and cur=t only wood a couple of times to check the accuracy. This machine has travels as such : x=19" y=7.5 z=8" I have some accessories including a high volume coolant pump, 5 gallons of unused liquid ice coolant, 5 -6 face 3/8" (new)solid carbide ( Niagra USa) end mills, 2 52 piece hold down kits, coolant nozzle setup, a few new Lile r-8 collets, and there are probably a few things i forgot to mention. I did re engineer the controller with a larger power supply, better drivers, larger controller box, and a c-11g breakout bpoard form cnc4 pc to allow the use of the paralell port and mach3. This mill does weigh 750lbs. i originally paid $6700 plus their shipping price of $350 a little over a year ago. If this sells for my asking price, i'll include an nsk 30, 000 rpm spindle that has only been used a couple of times for research and development. The shipping will be your responsibility, however, i will help getting it packed up and delivered to the freight company of your choice. Description: I have an absolutely ancient, but completely unknown brand turret lathe to sell. The best I can say is, I don't think it's a Logan. It was originally designed to run off a flat belt line drive, but has been retrofitted with a 3-ph 220 motor to drive it. It has three rpm settings by changing the driven belt from one flat pulley to another. It has three feeds, .006, .010, and .018 per revolution. I don't think the highest spindle speed is over 1000 rpm, and frankly, you wouldn't want to be around it if it were going faster, due to the noise. It has a 6-station turret with a large 4-spoke hand wheel, as well as power feed. You advance the tool to the work by turning the handwheel, engage the power feed, then when the cut is finished, retract the turret to rotate it to the next tool. It also has a lever-operated (no handwheel) cross-slide with front and rear toolholders, and a mechanical bar feeder device. The spindle bearings are worn, so don't expect to hold high concentricity or smooth finishes without a rebuild. If all you want to do is cut off bar stock or tube, this machine is great. It comes with a bunch of tooling, including box tools, drill chucks, etc, and a set of collets. It does not have a chuck. It doesn't do threads. A large lever opens and closes the chuck and advances the stock. It also has an added-on oil pump which I think was made from power steering pump, and there is also a spare pump. This is not a huge or heavy machine. It will fit comfortably in a pickup truck bed. 4 strong men can lift it. It might make a good museum exhibit, or a classroom rebuilding project machine. No, I won't donate it for either of those uses. I'm asking $500 for it, or make an offer. I will not ship this machine. Pickup in Upstate New York would be required. They are both ready for a retrofit, as the old controls are toasted (and partially removed). I have the new controller boards, as well as replacement power supplies and stepper motors for these units. They are both DYNA-Myte 2000 machines, or one of them might be a 2400. They feature heavy cast iron construction and weigh nearly 200 pounds apiece. The "iron" is in good shape. Work envelope is about 6.5"(X), 4.5" (Y) and 3.5" (Z). The head is mounted on a spindle, so it can be raised or turned for taller setups. I will sell the most complete unit, which I think may be a 2400, which has a QC spindle and several QC toolholders, as well as a chip tray and 3 speed belt drive for $1500.00. I will sell the other machine, which I know is a 2000, which has ER-16 collets to hold the tools, no chip tray, and a 2-speed belt drive, for $1000. Buy both for $2350.00. If you come to upstate NY to pick up a machine or both machines, I will throw in a nice welded steel rolling table for one of them, no charge. For me it became a piece of cake to process a job with multiple tools now. Simply replace a tool, measure it's length in few seconds and keep process rolling. For sure - Your controlling software must support such features, but all of modern ones do. It's literally never been powered on since the QC check before leaving the factory. Just taking up space in the shop. I doubt I will ever get to it, so may as well sell the thing.
