Description:	I have a new Lowcostcncretrofit lathe package. I bought it to retrofit my lathe but relized when I got it that it was too small for our lathe. Never saw a spindle encoder even tho there was supposed to be one along with it. the microswitches are missing too, but I can find some for it around here somewhere.
